Guns down, Gloves Up is an initiative under Legacy Combat Circuit dedicated to reducing youth gun violence , gang involvement, and crime by using boxing as a tool for conflict resolution, mentorship ,and fitness.

To provide at-risk youth with a structured, positive environment that redirects them from violence to personal growth through boxing, mentorship, and conflict resolution.
OUR VISION
A safer, stronger Alamance County where youth are empowered to resolve conflicts peacefully, build character, and contribute positively ,to their communities.
WHY BOXING ?
Boxing is more than a sport - it’s a discipline that teaches self-control, confidence, and respect. Through structured training, young participants develop :
- Stronger decision- making skills
- Better anger management techniques
- Improved physical and mental health
- A sense of community and belonging
